Lindsey recently joined our Healthy Families program, coming to us after working for the last seven years with women with children or who were pregnant and were also involved in treatment for substance use.  During the last two months, Lindsey has spent many hours shifting gears a little bit to learn and understand the Healthy Families model, which uses an infant mental health approach that is relationship-focused, strengths-based, culturally respectful, and anchored to the parallel process. She has also started partnering with caregivers to help them create safe, nurturing, and healthy environments for their children to thrive in!  Lindsey’s calm, curious, and reflective demeanor will ensure her BRIGHT LIGHT continues to shine in our program, with the families and children we support, and throughout our community!
