Michele has been a home visitor with our Healthy Families program since the summer of 2020. However, she has been supporting children and families for many years! Before joining us, Michele was most recently a Master Teacher and Family Advocate with the local Head Start program. In her role, Michele partners with families to provide in-home support during regular visits. The Healthy Families model uses an infant mental health approach that is relationship-focused, strengths-based, culturally respectful, and anchored to the parallel process. Michele has a passion for helping families and children, which is evident in the relationships she develops with them and her desire to learn more. Michele is a BRIGHT LIGHT to our program, the families and children we support, and our community!
