Liz Rendon, LMSW
Project Manager
Liz Rendon is a bilingual licensed social worker and public health professional with fifteen years of experience leading family and community initiatives. She earned her MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2014 and has since dedicated her career to advancing equity, early relational health, and culturally responsive care.
Liz has held leadership roles across prominent NYC-based organizations, including Partnership With Children, Healthy Families New York, and the CUNY Early Childhood Professional Development Institute. Her work spans trauma-informed program design, reflective supervision, and efforts aimed at strengthening mental health supports for young children and their caregivers. She finds joy in building creative and collaborative connections with those she works alongside.
She is a passionate advocate for everyone involved in raising and nurturing children. Her commitment to early learning deepened after becoming a mother herself, which gave her a firsthand understanding of children’s needs. She believes in the power of building supportive networks, specifically for mothers, that support both personal and collective well-being. Outside of her work, she loves to travel, dance, meditate, and read—particularly children’s books, which she enjoys for their playful energy and brief stories.
