Krystal Bertrand

Endorsement Coordinator

Krystal Bertrand’s (she/her) interest in infant mental health took root long before she had the language to articulate it, grounding her passion for this work. In her role as NYS-AIMH Endorsement Coordinator, she provides technical assistance, training, and support to promote Endorsement® among the infant and early childhood workforce across New York State.
Krystal holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh. Since 2014, Krystal has served legal and human service nonprofits, gathering wisdom and a deep understanding of development, communications, and operations. Krystal believes that connection—grounded in empathy, vulnerability, and abundance– is what gives life meaning. She values the growth that comes when we have the space to safely try, fail or succeed, recover, and evolve; a space for intentional connection and community. Krystal is Mama to two littles (her most inspiring and challenging role) and a partner of more than a decade. Her cup is filled by folky music, long walks with a good audiobook or podcast, and exploring with her loved ones. Aspiring to cultivate both a thriving garden and the perfect sourdough loaf, she embraces learning in all forms.
