Andrea is an exceptional human being who has an open heart and always makes time for those around her. Andrea is an Early Childhood Champion, and for many years, her work within the NYC Child Welfare system affected the quality of services our families received. She organized a unique workgroup of interested staff from each division who then diligently composed a white paper which then led to the agency to have Early Childhood Clinical Consultants in each of our borough offices. Andrea\’s work created an increased awareness of Infant Mental Health throughout the agency. We are grateful for her legacy, as are our families with little ones.
