Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop designed for professionals who support children, families, and communities. This training was created because as a professional I have been there myself—early in my career, sitting with families facing overwhelming challenges and complex mental health diagnoses, wondering, How can I show up with empathy and intention? How do I create space for their stories while guiding them toward hope and support? These questions shaped the heart of this training.

During this experience, participants will learn some foundational knowledge about Anxiety and Depression, prioritize communicating with compassion and listening with care, learn strategies for practicing self care, and learn strengths-based strategies to support families. You’ll gain confidence in making meaningful referrals, partnering with community resources, and understanding the role you play within a broader network of care.

Supervisors and managers will also find this training invaluable. Together, we’ll explore your own comfort levels, use real-life scenarios to guide reflective practice, and create a shared space where teams learn from one another and build collective skill and confidence.

By building a strong foundation of knowledge, we move away from “fix-it mode” and toward deeper, more authentic connections with the people we serve.

Come ready to learn, engage, and empower yourself with skills you can use immediately. This is a workshop you—and your teams—won’t want to miss!
