In today’s fast-paced work environments, leaders and teams alike can lose sight of what truly fuels engagement — joy. This interactive virtual experience invites leaders and staff to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the why behind their work. It’s an opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate impact, and rediscover the sense of purpose that drives success and well-being.

In this session, we’ll explore how joy can be intentionally cultivated in the workplace through reflection, creativity, and meaningful connection. Participants will engage in guided discussions and activities that inspire laughter, gratitude, and a renewed sense of purpose. Leaders will walk away with insights and practical tools to help them model and sustain a joyful, motivated culture — one that increases retention, productivity, and team satisfaction.

Together, we’ll identify common barriers to joy, reframe daily stressors, and learn practical strategies for infusing positivity into routines, meetings, and team culture. This isn’t your typical training — it’s an experience designed to leave everyone feeling energized, inspired, and refreshed, ready to bring more meaning and joy into their work every day. This experience centers around shared stories that remind us that joy is not something we find by accident, but something we can create intentionally every day.
