The Family Resource & Support Specialist will provide home-based and culturally responsive services. The FRSS identifies expecting families and parents of newborns who are at risk for poor health, child and family development challenges, financial insecurity, and child abuse. The goal is to support positive parent-child relationships, enhance child & family health and development, enhance family functioning and prevent child abuse & neglect. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred MSW or related, or Bachelor’s Degree w/ 3 years experience.Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred. Experience with family services that embrace the concepts of family-centered and strength-based service provision. Experience in providing services to culturally diverse communities/families . Experience in home visitation with a strong background in prevention services to the 0-3 age population.
