Home visits are more than checklists, they’re opportunities to connect, build trust, and create meaningful experiences for families. This interactive session guides participants in designing visits that are intentional, engaging, and yes, fun! You’ll explore creative ways to make home visits feel less routine while still supporting families’ goals and needs.

Participants will learn strategies for connecting with families who may not yet be ready to take action, navigating the emotions that come with slow progress, and recognizing the real impact of consistent presence and support. Through real-life scenarios, discussion, and practical tools, participants will leave with a clear framework for conducting home visits that foster engagement, empower families, and bring energy, creativity, and joy to every interaction, all while maintaining confidence, professionalism, and relational awareness.
